So, here I am - back with another weekly weigh in! And you thought you'd never see me again!
I did pretty well last week. I've been using my Microsoft Outlook calendar to plan EVERYTHING! It's awesome! I put in my meals, snacks, and the points for each then have the calendar send me reminders throughout the day. It's working wonderfully!!
I did have a few slips and stumbles last week - a huge pizza binge, a burger out, and missed some tracking when I was unable to get to the computer. But, all in all, it feels good to be getting back on track. I'm looking forward to getting paid this week so we can pick up some more groceries and I can start restocking the house with healthy foods.
My new favorite guilty indulgence? Celery sticks with peanut butter or almond butter and cherry-flavor craisins! I've always HATED celery, but suddenly am loving it as an afternoon treat! Wow!!
