It's the start of a new week and I'm feeling good about my food choices! It helps SO MUCH to sit down at the beginning of the day and plan out all my snacks and meals. It gets rid of that wandering-around-the-kitchen-looking-for-food habit. And it's helped me add WAY more fruits and veggies to my diet.
