Food Journal, January 13

Whew! First day back on plan and it feels GOOD! I've started using Microsoft Outlook on my computer to help with time management and meal planning tasks and it helped SO MUCH today! I was able to plan out my meals for the day using WW E-Tools, then program them into my calendar on outlook and send reminders for meals and snacks. No more forgetting to eat for me!

The only down side to the day was getting a call from my dad to come do some emergency computer work late in the day. I had planned these awesome marinated pork chops for dinner and ended up going way off plan at Wendy's on the way home because it was so late and I was STARVING!
